Curated by Reynaldo Anderson and the Black Speculative Arts Movement, The Black Angel of History exhibition is an analysis of visual culture and technology within the genre of Afrofuturism. Showcasing illustrations, graphic design, video, literature, and mixed-media digital and analog artworks, this exhibit features emerging, mid-career, and acclaimed artists, writers, performers, and designers.

WHAT'S YOUR BLACK is a group exhibit curated by Fable Jones, Fable Jones Studios. The exhibit will be on view at Heath Gallery in NYC, Feb.5 - 19, 2022 .WHAT'S YOUR BLACK features 16 artists and 24 artworks. The exhibit includes works on paper, textiles, mixed media, oil and photography.

Exhibiting artists include: Greg Aimé, Ambrojah Williams, CAFFETTI, Chanell Angeli, Charzette Torrence, Cj Priester, Kadiatou Coulibaly, Makayla Booker, Samson TonTon, Sandy Clafford, Ty Allen, xplorefreedom, Colletta Paylor, Janelle Naomi and Jonas St. Juste.

MIP is excited to celebrate Black history through the appreciation of Black creativity through art. Please take the opportunity to view the work of Greg Aimé on the 2nd floor of Reys until the end of February.
